Refunds, Returns, and Guarantees
At Dash into Learning, we want you to be 100% satisfied! If our
product is not a solid fit for your family, we will gladly accept your return! We offer a 30- day return policy. Your money back is guaranteed! Please note: the return shipping cost will not be covered.

to begin the return process. Returns take 7 business days to process from when your package arrives at our fulfillment center. Payment takes another 4-5 business days to appear in your account
Domestic (USA) Shipping and Fulfillment Shipping rates:
Shipping Cost: Shipment cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use USPS to fulfill
product orders.
Fulfillment Time: Items that are in stock are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. During periods of high volume, items may take up to 5 business days to ship after an order is placed.
Shipping times vary based on what shipping method the customer selects at checkout. Average domestic shipping times generally range between 3-5 business days depending on shipping service selected, and international shipping times generally range between 10-15 business days.
Digital Purchases: All digital purchases will be available to you immediately after your purchase by delivery to your email account. If you do not find the email shortly after your order, please check the spam folder in case it was redirected in your email account. If you are unable to find it, please contact us via Info@DashintoLearning.com and we will provide them to you directly. We CANNOT refund/return individual digital purchases.
Some of our products include physical books and PDFs digital products. We do accept returns on these products that include a physical book purchase. Please follow the above refund process.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed
at checkout. International shipping lead times can vary greatly. We strive to ship your order out the door as quickly as possible!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dash into Learning is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email
notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of
receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@DashintoLearning.com with your name,order number and any pertinent details.
All logistics carriers have been experiencing erratic shipping
durations due to Covid-19. Please allow for extended shipping times.
