What an adorable reading program. It took awhile for one of my children to really understand the learning method...but once she figured out what it means to "blend" the letters, if was great fun to see the progress. The activity packs are really what brought this program to life in my opinion. My girls especially loved the paper dolls. I did not use this as a stand alone reading program, but it is wonderful as supplement and to have additional easy readers. Sometimes we used it when we needed a break from our other program. It's also great for homeschooling through the summer if you need something "lighter" and fun. :)
My girls started with level 1 of the handwriting, then I thought we'd switch it up and try a different program--but nope. We're back using DASH. :) It's an excellent and fun program since it includes fun activity pages intermingled with the letter formation. I also love that it includes the sight words and short copywork that goes along with the books.
All of my girls love this handwriting program. I love how it includes fun activities like mazes, coloring pages, etc. to break of the monotony of letter formation. And as a mama of 6 I LOVE that I can get it in PDF format so I can continue to use it for the younger ones.
This book is adorable and so much fun! Even my older kiddo loves it and wants to participate! Incorporates art and de-coding secret messages! We love it!
We’ve just started the Wonder Workshop but my twins are LOVING it. The illustrations are beautiful, and the whole program is laid out so nicely and straightforward that it makes it easy to follow. It’s such a beautiful way to introduce children to classical art and music and the rhyming manner quotes are cute and easy for the kids to remember. I couldn’t be more pleased!
First I love all the time and attention that went into this. I love the Charlotte Mason approach and think this is a good introduction for younger kids. It does say family style and all ages, but for my 11 year old I think this would be too elementary for him personally. Would love to see a more advanced wonder workshop for the overachievers that need a little more. Although I know the focus here is on the lower levels. I love how simple and straightforward it is and I plan on having my 11 year old do it in the morning while I’m getting breakfast ready (when he isn’t busy.) I will use it with my 6, and 8 year old.
I think it is a little pricey and would love to see the option to purchase PDF vs pdf and print for a little cheaper price point.

Wonderful pictures and gentil approach for young children
We absolutely love all that Dash has to offer. These handwriting books are so cute and fun and make learning a breeze.
The monthly materials are a fantastic addition to the Dash into Learning curriculum we are using! It's very helpful that there are multiple levels for the whole family to use. We started later in the year with the Dash Academy membership so we are just starting off with Dash into Art and Dot the Pony's audio weekly. My kids will gather around and find a cozy place in their room to listen to the Wonder Workshop Weekly audio. We listen to the same episode multiple times per request of my child but that's alright! For my three year old, I also have Dash into Learning books on hand for her to look at too to keep her engaged.
My children adore the characters in Dash into Learning. This Coloring book is essential now to our homeschool daily rhythms with quiet mornings. Highly recommend.
This has been really wonderful to add to my daughter's day. She really enjoys that the characters she knows and loves are in here while she practices her handwriting. With my three year old, she also feels involved with the process and uses the coloring pages in this.
My daughter loves the Fan and Sam book but most of all the activity pack has been so delightful to use while my daughter is learning to read. We were using another curriculum before and she was struggling blending sounds/words; there was a disconnect. Now she can sounds out the words because she has the base she needs. The blending pathway has been a game changer each week. This curriculum works - give it a try!
I used this set with my daughter as a supplement to another homeschool curriculum. We enjoyed the beautiful illustrations and the cute stories. I liked that I could print only what my daughter needed using the included PDF file. Great product! We will be purchasing more items from dash into learning for our next school year!
We are loving this! We had tried the membership with the videos earlier in the year, but it just wasn't the best fit since we weren't using the videos/live classes. But the print outs have been a wonderful and seamless addition to our days!
I greatly appreciate the gentle and simple nature of these books. With 5 kids, I value the quality time with them and love how easy this was to implement, where other programs would have been far more time consuming. Thank you for creating such a beautiful into to reading.
I love the illustrations, the activities, and everything about this set! We aren’t homeschoolers, but it’s a great supplement to what my kindergartener is learning at school!
Originally, I started reading the Emotional Resilience book series to my oldest daughter as a read aloud. My youngest started to get curious as I was reading them and now 3 year old loves the storybooks SO much. She may not do the activities quite yet that goes along with the books but she will get there in a few years. She can still appreciate them. The Three Little Bears book from Dash into Learning is currently her favorite book. The moment she wakes up in the morning, she asks me to read it to her. The books in this series is just so well written and beautifully crafted. I highly recommend to anyone.

I weighed lots of options for a reading curriculum for our first year of homeschool—my eldest’s kindergarten year, and I finally settled on Dash. He picked up on the reading so quickly, and this has been his favorite part of homeschool this year. I’d give six stars if I could for how easy it was for me to start homeschooling with this while I was pregnant and super sick! So excited to dive into set 2!
My daughter loves reading these books! She struggles with motivation to read other books, but the Dash Into Learning readers are beautiful and fun for her to read. She LOVES the personalized stickers that come with them, and putting them on her sticker chart. Definitely recommend!
The activity pack is fun and engaging for my daughter. Schoolwork doesn't feel like "work" for her. It's more like play and fun activities. The products are so well designed and beautiful! Highly recommend!
