The Virtual Membership is a great option for families who already have purchased the Dash products, and want the benefits and support from the Dash Academy or a great option for families who want to add on to whatever curriculum they use for extra learning!

Return
- We have a 30-day return policy of physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Your return will begin process within a week of your request. Your payment will be sent within 3-5 days of the product being received at our facility. To start a return, you can contact us at info@dashintolearning.com. Digital PDF orders cannot be refunded.
Shipping Cost
- Shipment cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We currently use USPS to fulfill product orders.
Fulfillment Time
- Items that are in stock are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. During periods of high volume, items may take up to 5 business days to ship after an order is placed.
